After many years - they took the plunge and undertook a major renovation and extension. Pacific Environments prepared the building consent plans, and Pinfold Architects Ltd acted as Interior Architect from this point.

Working closely with the clients every detail of the interior was crafted to make the most of the narrow footprint for the existing house. Bespoke cabinets and interior finishes included refurbished  timbers from the old house, along with new wallpapers, tiles and luxurious carpets form a warm and modern palette.

CE Construction was a fantastic team of skilled tradespeople to work with.  The outcome is a highly crafted 3 floor home fit for the next 100 years of life.
