Birkenhead is a suburb under development. Within 10km of downtown Auckland, this project comprised of 10 townhouses and 2 apartments, with a commercial unit at street level. Within a minutes walk of the new library and shopping area, this project was designed by Sophie Wylie of Artifact Property. Pinfold Architects were engaged to guide the project through the Building Consent process.
